Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions with initial capitals, shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 6svip Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is not available to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. 6svip applies mandatory age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction in which accessing this Platform does not violate applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under court-ordered financial supervision, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 6svip employee, contractor, or any game supplier whose products are available on the Platform. Such persons are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotion.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the 6svip Platform or on any other gaming platform where cross-exclusion arrangements are in place. Registering a new account while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use the 6svip Platform, you must register a single personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 6svip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 6svip of a security breach in writing before such activity occurred.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

Your registered name, date of birth, and payment account details must match exactly. Mismatches between the name on your 6svip Account and the name on your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account will result in withdrawal delays or refusal until the discrepancy is resolved through the KYC process. 6svip accepts no liability for delays arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.5 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 6svip support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, 6svip will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily by the Player are subject to all standard withdrawal processing requirements and KYC verification before final payment.

Identity Verification (KYC)

6svip is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before granting full access to the Platform. The KYC process is designed to protect Players against identity theft and to ensure that the Platform is not used by underage persons or for any unlawful purpose.

4.1 Documents Required

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, or valid passport)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your registered address)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming that the account is registered in your name and matches your 6svip registration details)
• Selfie photograph holding your photo ID, taken on the day of submission

4.2 Timing and Processing

KYC documents submitted to 6svip are reviewed within one to three business days. Players are notified of the outcome via the email address registered to their Account. Withdrawals will be placed on hold for the duration of KYC review. 6svip may request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with registration information.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6svip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods, all processed in IDR with no currency conversion fee:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

E-wallet deposits are credited to the Player's Balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to five minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits falling outside Indonesian banking hours may experience delays of up to 15 minutes.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 6svip's discretion with reasonable notice.

5.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared bank accounts, or payment methods not matching your 6svip registration name are not permitted and will be reversed. 6svip accepts no liability for funds lost during an unauthorised third-party deposit attempt.

5.5 No Commission on Standard Deposits

6svip does not charge commission or processing fees on standard IDR deposits via supported Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet methods. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with the transfer are solely your responsibility and are not reimbursed by 6svip.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process in full, have a real-money Balance in your Account equal to or exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold, and must not be subject to any open bonus wagering requirement that locks a portion of your Balance.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

6svip targets the following withdrawal processing times from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved:

• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 15–30 minutes
• Bank Transfer (08:00–22:00 WIB): Within one hour
• Bank Transfer (outside standard hours): Next available processing window

These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to bank processing schedules, public holidays, or security review requirements. 6svip will notify the Player via live chat or email if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

6.3 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the most recent deposit was made, unless you have contacted support to update your payment details and completed any additional verification required. The name on the receiving account must match your 6svip registration name exactly.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

6svip reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, unresolved chargeback disputes, technical errors requiring investigation, or any other circumstance in which 6svip determines that processing the withdrawal without further review would be contrary to its obligations or these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions offered by 6svip are subject to individual promotion terms that specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds conditions, game contribution percentages, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry date. These individual promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on different product types (slots, live casino, sportsbook) may contribute different percentages toward the Wagering Requirement — specific contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page. Wagering on games with a house edge of zero or on both sides of a market simultaneously will not count toward Wagering Requirements.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Claiming the same promotion via multiple Accounts, via referral of fictitious third parties, or via any form of collusion with other Players is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the Account, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements that have not been met within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates in their Account dashboard.

7.5 6svip's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

6svip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's accrued Bonus Funds and progress toward the Wagering Requirement at the time of withdrawal will be honoured unless there is evidence of abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the 6svip sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. In general: bets are final once confirmed; pre-match bets are settled on the official result; in-play bets are subject to real-time odds that may differ from the displayed odds at the moment of submission due to network latency; and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. 8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games at 6svip are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, whose game rules govern the outcome of each hand, spin, or round. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled according to the game's published disconnection policy. Bets placed prior to a disconnection that has been confirmed by system logs will be settled normally.

8.3 Slots and RNG Games

Slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) based games available on the 6svip Platform are supplied by licensed studios whose RNG software is subject to independent third-party certification. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective studio and are available within each game's information panel. 6svip does not modify RTP settings on any game.

8.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is offered on the 6svip Platform in accordance with the published togel game rules, which specify draw schedules, prize structures, minimum and maximum stake amounts, and settlement procedures. Togel results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the respective markets as published by the authorised draw operators.

8.5 Void Bets and Error Settlement

6svip reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error on the part of 6svip or its data providers. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance in full. 6svip will not honour winnings arising from bets placed at clearly incorrect odds where the error is apparent from the surrounding market context.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6svip Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during the KYC process; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; making deposits with no genuine intention to use them for gaming.
3. Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; colluding with other Players to systematically exploit promotional terms; placing lay bets to neutralise wagering requirements.
4. Arbitrage and Market Manipulation: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between 6svip markets and other betting markets; placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome using accounts held under different names.
5. Automated Play: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, interact with live casino games, or otherwise use the Platform in a manner not intended for human play.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that has been validly processed and credited to your Account. Any chargeback initiated by a Player will result in immediate Account suspension and the full amount of the chargeback being treated as a debt owed to 6svip.
7. Underage Access: Providing access to the Platform, whether directly or indirectly, to any person under the age of 21.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6svip Platform — including but not limited to the 6svip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 6svip or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6svip.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data by 6svip in connection with your Account and use of the Platform is governed by the 6svip Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
• 6svip does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 6svip's legal retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

6svip endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 6svip accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, including losses of in-play betting opportunities or live casino sessions interrupted by technical failure.

12.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6svip's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Consequential Loss

6svip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even if 6svip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Player's Own Risk

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the 6svip Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager, and that 6svip bears no responsibility for such losses where they arise in the normal course of gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

6svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, the Player's Balance will be held securely and returned in full (net of any amounts owed to 6svip) if the investigation concludes in the Player's favour. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed misconduct, 6svip reserves the right to withhold the Balance to the extent required to satisfy any debt or liability owed to 6svip or to cover losses suffered as a result of the misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6svip is incorporated and licensed as an international online gaming operator. 6svip operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is regulated in accordance with the standards applicable in its licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. 6svip makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Disputes arising between 6svip and a Player shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the 6svip support channel. If resolution cannot be reached through this process, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's applicable dispute resolution framework.

Amendments to These Terms

6svip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6svip will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 3.5 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
